USA Bobsled & Skeleton Federation Individual Membership

Step 1: Complete the application below and proceed to the next pages to enter your billing address and credit card information.  All fields marked by an asterisk (*) are required fields.  Your application will not be saved and submitted for processing unless all required fields are complete.

Step 2: Athlete & Junior Athlete Membership Applicants Only - Once your application is complete, download the waiver/physical form.  The form is located on the application checkout page.  There is also a link to the form in the confirmation email that will be sent to you upon receipt of your application.

Step 3: Athlete & Junior Athlete Membership Applicants Only - Return the completed waiver/physical form to the USBSF office (Fax: 518-523-9194, Mail: 196 Old Military Road, Lake Placid, NY 12946, or Scan & Email: asmith@usbsf.com).

Membership Categories

A – Athlete ($55): All individuals age 18 and over planning to participate in bobsled or skeleton (including camps and schools)
J – Junior Athlete ($30): All individuals under age 18 planning to participate in bobsled or skeleton (including camps and schools)
B – Technical Member ($45): Coaches and officials
D – General Member ($35): All non-sliding individuals (parents, friends, public supporters, etc.)
E – Club Organization ($100): Bobsled and skeleton clubs
